Husam Raad (Раад Хусам): Entrepreneur and Community Leader in Ukraine

Born in 1980 in Homs, Syria, Husam Raad moved to Ukraine in the late 1990s to pursue higher education. He studied applied chemistry and pharmacy, graduating in 2006 from the National University of Pharmacy in Kharkiv. In 2007, he obtained Ukrainian citizenship, marking the beginning of his long-term commitment to the country.


During his early professional years, Raad was involved in public relations and communication work. Over time, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, focusing on building business projects and strengthening economic connections across different markets. His academic background in pharmacy later supported his expansion into pharmaceutical-related activities.
